Healthy Made Delicious brings you foods that are healthy, delicious and free from overly processed ingredients. We want to break the stigma that to eat healthy is an abundance of salads and flavorless dishes….which btw is not the case at all.
In fact, you will find the opposite to be true. Yes, there will be some salads, but there is so much more. Look for some of your childhood favorites transformed into a healthy and delicious alternative.

Wendi O'Brien
Executive Chef
Hey y'all! I'm Wendi O'Brien, creator and head chef of Healthy Made Delicious. I am a trained baking and pastry chef. I decided to go to culinary school when my husband wanted to opened a bakery so he wouldn't have to do all the work. Needless to say, that idea did not work out and he ended up taking a different path.
I love working with flavors, tweaking existing recipes and creating my own. Out of necessity for my health, I have had to change my lifestyle and create healthier eating habits.
I have always had an unhealthy relationship with food and continue to work on it today. It is hard to not fall back into those old habits and yes, I have many failures, but the best thing to do is to rise up and begin again.
I was always under the impression that eating healthy meant A LOT of salads and bland food. I found that to be far from the case and have enjoyed flavorful food and numerous health benefits from these new habits.
It has been a bit of work, but I have less inflammation and more energy...not to mention weight loss. Overall, I am healthier than I have been and aware of what I am putting in my body and the effects that overly processed foods, sugars, meat, diary and oil have had on me, is quite frankly, frightening. I hope to bring awareness that what we eat matters and encourage you to make a lifestyle change for not only your health, but your future.

I am Tim O'Brien, sous chef of Healthy Made Delicious. I'm a classically trained chef for savory and baking and pastry. I found cooking a bit later in life and while I no longer work in a commercial kitchen, I still find enjoyment in cooking for my family and helping Wendi with creating and experimenting with recipes.
